Our mission at KinesioLogic Fitness is to help individuals of all ages move, perform and recover better at their sport or profession while also staying resilient for daily activities. As the world continues to rely more on technology to aide them in day to day tasks, it also promotes a sedentary lifestyle.  Being in sedentary positions for long periods of time may lead to stiffness, muscle weakness and imbalances and if left unchecked, increases the probability of injury or dysfunction. Mobility is important for all aspects of life whether picking up an object from the ground, reaching overhead or climbing stairs. In sports, both professional and recreational, it is crucial to have optimal mobility to reduce the risk of injury. Being able to move through the available range of motion in all planes requires strength. Our performance training programs are designed to enhance strength, endurance, build muscle and increase power. Individualized programs for all experience levels delivered directly through our coaching app. Before beginning any exercise program it is always recommended to undergo a comprehensive performance and movement evaluation to determine the current level of activity. Kinesiologic Fitness evaluation can be performed in person or virtually. A certified strength and conditioning coach will design your individualized exercise program based on the goals discussed during the initial consultation and movement evaluation.
